ULTRAPOWER — Ultra Power Systems

Request a Quote for a DC Power Supply

High-power DC supplies are configured to your application, so pricing is quote-based. Send us a few key numbers and the Ultra Power Systems team will scope a system and reply with a tailored quote.

How to reach the team

The fastest route to a quote is the manufacturer's form, where you can describe your test setup in detail. You can also email directly.

What to include for a fast, accurate quote

The more of these you can supply up front, the quicker we can size the right system and avoid back-and-forth:

  1. Voltage class, your device's nominal and top-of-charge voltage.
  2. Power / current, peak kW or A from your worst-case duty (e.g. C-rate or rated throughput).
  3. Direction, do you need to sink (discharge) as well as source, i.e. bidirectional?
  4. Application, EV pack test, MPPT inverter test, BESS/PCS, fuel cell, UPS, motor drive, etc.
  5. Channels, how many independent outputs or how many devices under test.
  6. Comms / ATE, required interfaces (LAN, RS232/485, CAN) and protocols (SCPI, Modbus-RTU, CANopen).
  7. Simulation needs, battery emulation (NS81000) or PV array simulation (NS91000) options.

What happens next

Once we have your requirements, the team matches them to the N35500 platform, single 42 kW 3U unit, or paralleled systems scaling toward the megawatt range, and returns a configured quote. We never publish fixed prices because every system is specified to its job: a 400 V battery cycler, an EN50530 PV simulator and a megawatt grid-converter bench share a platform but carry very different configurations.

If you are still comparing options, the team can recommend a voltage class, power band and any simulation options before you commit, and our how-to-choose checklist is a useful first pass. The aim is a quote that reflects exactly the capability your test program needs, no more and no less. Start now: request a quote or email Ultra Power Systems.

Frequently asked questions

Why isn't there a price list?
Because every high-power DC system is configured to your voltage, power, channel count and simulation options. A quote ensures you pay for exactly the capability you need, request one via the form or by emailing Ultra Power Systems.
What's the minimum information you need to quote?
At minimum: voltage class, peak power or current, whether you need bidirectional operation, and the application. Adding channel count and comms requirements speeds things up further.
Can I get help choosing before I commit?
Yes. Share your application and the team will recommend a voltage class, power band and any simulation options before you finalise. Our how-to-choose guide is a good starting point, then reach out for a tailored configuration.
